متن یادداشت امین نوروزی به شرح زیر است: "بینندگان گرامی و مخاطبان عزیز شبکه چهار، آگاهند که برنامه فاخر شب‌های هنر از آغاز تا کنون با صدها ساعت پخش زنده برنامه در سال‌های ۹۷ و ۹۸ با حضور هنرمندان فرهیخته کشور توانسته محتوای شایسته مردم فرهنگ پرور و هنردوست ایران زمین و درخور این شبکه با مخاطبان خاص را تولید کند. مجله‌ای با موضوعات موسیقی، تئاتر، سینما، کتاب، معماری و روایت که در تلویزیون کم سابقه و در برخی موارد بی سابقه بوده است.
در برنامه اخیر این مجموعه که به مناسبت فرارسیدن سال نو خورشیدی از هنرمند کشورمان آقای پرواز همای برای شب موسیقی با موضوع نوروز خوانی دعوت شده بود، آثار متنوعی پخش شد و سخنان و نظرات جالبی مطرح شد چه این که وی از خوانندگان هنرشناس و ایران دوست است و آثارش از نظر مضامین و شیوه اجرا در نوع خود بدیع است. اثر «گمنام» وی که در رثای شهدای گمنام غواص اجرا شده یکی از ماندگارترین کارها و نشانه اعتقاد و التزام او به آرمانهای انقلابی ایران و شهدای عزیز اسلام است.
متاسفانه در دقایقی کوتاه از برنامه زنده، این هنرمند به خواندن آوازی پرداخت که از نظر معنایی حس ناامیدی را به مردم منتقل کرد و از نظر ادبی نیز قابل مناقشه بود و می‌توان آن را به حساب سلیقه خواننده یا اثرپذیری از شرایط بحرانی کنونی گذاشت؛ حال آنکه امروز مردم به امید، بیش از مرثیه نیاز دارند و وظیفه اجتماعی هنرمند اقتضا می‌کند نقدها را به گونه‌ای مطرح کند که ناامیدی جای امید به آینده را نگیرد.
از این رو بی‌آنکه چنین رخدادی توجیه یا انکار شود، از خطای رفته در برنامه زنده عذرخواهی می‌شود. امید است به تعبیر حضرت حافظ که فرمود: «پیر ما گفت خطا بر قلم صنع نرفت / آفرین بر نظر پاک خطاپوشش باد» حسن ظن و خطاپوشی مخاطبان گرانمایه شامل حال شود و توفیق اصلاح نقدهای دلسوزانه نصیب."
